i made a friend on top of the empire state building

whoa! what a trip!
we're back from new york! while we had SO much fun with friends and family,
we're glad to be back home (ack! and so weird we're calling VA home)!

we missed piri terribly. we picked him up as soon as we could and he greeted us with a butt wagging (his tail is too short so he wags his entire behind) salsa number!

but a little recap of our time in ny:
the baby shower was great (no it was beyond great, it was super!), little dates on top of the empire state building and at doughnut plant & hell's kitchen flea market, delicious food in koreatown with friends we haven't seen in months, board games with our niece and nephew and visiting our old pad in rego park, queens. i can't wait to post pics from the trip. there are so many to sift through. but tonight, i think i'll cuddle with piri and give him a lot of kisses to make up for the 4 days we've been away from him!

missed everyone in the blogging world! thanks for your continued visits, comments and well wishes!

xoxo,
jane

    1. Oy - yes! But I heard it's been cold here too. I wasn't feeling too well so I stayed inside all day but my poor husband froze his butt off while getting me food, medicine and while walking the dog!

  10. I LOVE all your photos! NY is such a lively city, with so much to see and do! I want to go back and visit! And I suffer from separation anxiety every time I'm away from my dogs for more than a day! -Jessica L
