I did a dog mom thing

 

So this Sunday is Mother’s Day and I did not know this until a couple years ago but National Dog Mom’s Day falls on the day before Mother’s Day. And so I did a thing. A dog mom thing. I ended up buying my two doggos collars from The Foggy Dog even though Noah probably won’t be needing it any more because he’s sick and weak and we are literally taking things day by day with him with the possibility that we may say our good-byes soon.

But let me explain.

We give all our dogs their own colors. Piri was red; Bartles was blue; Lady was orange; Momo is pink and Noah is green. Noah is green because just as evergreen trees remain green throughout the year no matter the season we wanted Noah to remain the way he is throughout the year no matter his age (I posted about this on Instagram last year, just a month after we adopted him). And so when I saw this evergreen dog collar I knew I had to get it for him but only after I found this orchid dog collar for Momo. How perfect are they, don’t you think?
