changing up the walls {not the color}. a little project.

there are so many little projects on my to-do list that it almost felt like they were becoming an impossible dream. but now that i have a bit more time on my hands, i decided to take a re-look at that list.

there are the scrapbooks i said i would make of our wedding and honeymoon {yep.. this is going on four years people..}, making a photo book of our life with piri, finding the perfect dining table and re-doing wall art. right now i just have a bunch of frames and pictures throughout the apartment. but i want to re-do them. 

i've been going through pinterest to get ideas on wall collages, wall art and chalkboard walls {even though i won't be able to do this yet, but it still feels good to just daydream}. i've also been going through pictures and saving the ones i like into a little folder i made on my desktop and scouring etsy to look for beautiful prints {and boy are there many!}. 

while this process seems all overwhelming {too many things i want to hang up!}, i do have three prints that are patiently waiting to be framed and hung. there are these prints by albie designs i won in a giveaway back in may. 

aren't they beautiful? she has so many stunning prints of cities across the world and also really really cleverly adorable prints like this one and this! 

hopefully soon i will have other pictures and prints picked out, bought, developed and framed to go along with these.

do you have any special tips or advice on how to's for picking out wall art or wall collages? i would love to know!
