i didn't think i would like it, but boy was i surprised. i was glued to it like there was no tomorrow. but then came all the intense, heavy drama and i couldn't sit through it without cringing so i upped and kept half of my brain occupied by making a paper flower garland. i know. so random.
i used a combination of newspaper, magazines, tissue paper and scrapbooking paper - about 30 circles - to make the flowers. i just made a double knot with my needle to secure the pieces together and then cut them up so they kinda look like a citrus {ha. maybe only in my eyes?}
i didn't have glue gun, so i just used a long piece of hemp string to tie the flowers together. this was probably the trickiest part. but it sure did keep my mind off of those scandalous scenes.
ok. i'm exaggerating a little about scandal. i actually can't wait for season 2 to be available on netflix. i'm kind of getting a little impatient.. almost enough to make another paper flower garland. maybe something like this for next time? {so pretty!}
